Shalom

Hi everybody! We are having such an exciting week in school! It's called Registration Week, because if you register during this week, then you get a discount on the registration fee. Whoever registers during the week gets a prize, this year it is a hat with the school logo. We do tons of fun things. Monday was Movement Monday, and in the morning, for 1/2 hour, the girls danced to Israeli dances with my mother, and the boys played soccer (including the Rabbi's) with the gym teacher. Today was Education Day, and we had to dress up like education. I was Rabbi Akiva, and there were some really cute costumes. Tomorrow is Weird Wonderful Wednesday. It is also Spirit Day, which means that each class was given a color (we are green pentagons) and we have to wear that color, and sing a chant in front of the school. Thursday is International Day, because the education fair is that night. We have all been working super hard to make really cool displays. My class is doing Rome. Friday is Grand finale but I do not know what is going to happen. Tomorrow, at weird intervals, the intercom will play music. Last year they played the hokie pokie, chicken dance.....

I told you all about what my school does, so now I want to hear what your school does!! I don't want to have to wait until camp!!!!

it was part song part chant. it was sooooooooo cute. the 3rd and 4th grade were pink and they were like "we are pink we do not stink we drink pink ink we do not drive and drink..." preschool was really cute, but only one of them was really singing it.

yeh, it was fun, but usually if a certain percentage of the school registers, our principle (chaya k.'s uncle, bracha k.'s father)has do something wierd (real ex. dressing up as chicken and chicken dance, water dump thingy, bumblbee) its usually a big thing but no one has mentioned it all week. we have a new assistant principle sort of and i thought they would make him do it this year. good luck Pesach cleaning!!
